Tiffany C. Wright is a world traveler (43 countries and counting) who brings a varied, yet distinct perspective and set of skills. Tiffany began her career as an intern for 4 summers at General Motors, then spent several years at Honda in the U.S. and Japan after graduating with a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio State. She later obtained her MBA from the Wharton School of Business and worked in finance, business development, and strategy positions at Enron, Siebel Systems, and Georgia Institute of Technology. She started and ran a real estate investment firm then purchased and operated a commercial construction publication. She previously served as interim COO for several business services, construction and real estate companies. Tiffany is also the author of two small business financing books and has written numerous articles for UPS Store, ADP, Key Bank, and others on a range of small business topics. With this background, Tiffany is highly skilled at examining the pieces of the business puzzle and putting it all together to resolve organizational, personnel, operational, and strategic issues. She focuses on obtaining buy-in on all levels and getting at the true source of the issues. The businesses she has worked with have experienced significant positive operational changes, ranging from profit increases of 20% to 250%, cash flow increases of 2-4x and company valuation increases of 2.5 times. The intangible results have also been noteworthy: owners able to drastically reduce their work hours or retire stress-free.

LaToya Wilson (AKA L.R.) is a native of Mississippi. She wears many hats for the roles of lead media correspondent, blogger, author, empowerment coach, and motivational speaker. Despite these roles, her best roles are as Mom and Nana. At the tender age of 16, LaToya began her motherhood journey to her daughter and quickly married for the first time. Years later, she had three more children with her second husband. Challenges led to a divorce. LaToya found herself struggling with depression, addiction and more. Her faith in God led her to overcoming her battles. Today she is a career professional who is on a mission to empower other women who may be facing the same battles that she fought to overcome. LaToya is a conquerer and continues her mission with the 2020 creation of LR Wilson Consulting LLC. Through empowerment coaching, books, products, events and public speaking she is helping other women to position themselves for greatness. She now resides in Minnesota with her youngest son. I am a cannabis chef, connoisseur and advocate who believes in the medicinal, recreational and financial power of the cannabis plant. I started the Green Baker, LLC in mid 2018 as a way to be able to use my 20 years of culinary skills to create delicious medicated goodies that could be enjoyed by all, that included my son, Danny, who was born with cerebral palsy. After many years of working hard for others' benefit, I wanted to finally use my talents to support the greater good. Cannabis has been a blessing for my son and I wanted to be able to give that gift to others. My podcast covers a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures and professions, but we all want to help educate, advocate and destigmatize the responsible use of cannabis through story telling. Ms. Vaughn developed and successfully executed employment and career strategies. Quite simply, she was proactive. Among other things, she paid attention to industry developments and acquired additional skills.
