Reco McCambry
Reco
McCambry
Banking and Finance,Business
As the Founder of Novae, Reco McCambry has made his mark in the financial services industry and direct sales as one of the youngest and most successful entrepreneurs in the space. After getting involved in the industry in 2001, at 20 years old, it seemed he was born to do this. While in college full-time, majoring in Physics and Engineering, he was also working a full-time job. Upon seeing that his job was keeping him from accomplishing many of his personal goals, he started working very diligently on his part time business. After his first year, his part-time income exceeded his full-time income and positioned him to pursue his dreams full-time. Within the next few years he was able to pay off debts, dramatically change his lifestyle, and achieve many personal goals.
Mr. McCambry has coached and mentored thousands of people nationwide and built personal organizations exceeding tens of thousands of independent representatives producing annual revenues of several million dollars. These accomplishments allowed him to become financially free in his mid 20s and eventually start his first Direct Sales company in 2009.
Also a best-selling author, Reco wrote an autobiography chronicling his life story, called The Fatherless Father that empowers single mothers, fathers, and fatherless teenagers and young adults to reach their full potential in life. Something he knows all too well, being raised by a single mother himself.
Despite very humble beginnings, Mr. McCambry is as well accomplished and highly respected as any Direct Sales professional in history. In January of 2016, he ranked in the top 10% of over 550+ Direct Sales CEOs nominated worldwide by Businessfromhome.org. This list placed him in front of many leaders of great companies that have done billions of dollars in revenue and been in business for decades.
As a talented speaker, he is frequently tapped by corporations, non-profits, youth programs, faith-based organizations and educational institutions to share the keys of his successful entrepreneurial endeavors. He offers audiences a candid peek into his personal experiences and provides motivation and encouragement to inspire positive life changes and success. He has been featured multiple times as one of the youngest success stories in the annual publication of "Who's Who in Black Atlanta", a publication highlighting some of the most accomplished African Americans in Atlanta, GA. Mr. McCambry is also on the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association (NSBA) out of Washington D.C., which advocates on Capitol Hill for small businesses nationwide.
He is also an active member of the National Speakers Association – a select group of accredited speakers nationwide, the National Speakers Association Georgia Chapter, and The Global Speakers Federation. In addition, he is a member of the American Society for Training and Development – the world's largest professional association dedicated to the training and development field.
Fittingly, on February 4, 2021, Mr. McCambry was honored by his hometown in McDonough, GA with a proclamation naming January 19th, Mr. Reco McDaniel McCambry Day, in recognition of his business accomplishments, philanthropy, and inspiration to the community. In addition, in 2021, he was inducted into Marquis Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in Business & Finance.
August 17, 2021, McCambry’s company Novae, was recognized on Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000, for becoming one of the fastest growing companies in America. Novae ranked #2,307 in the country, #137 in the financial services industry and #97th in the state of Georgia!
Mr. McCambry graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and obtained his M.B.A. degree at the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Upon completing his M.B.A., Mr. McCambry earned a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into two of the most prestigious business honor societies in the world, Golden Key International Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma; where many of the organization members are many C level executives for Fortune 100 companies. He has received numerous awards and recognition throughout his career, for his memorable speaking, training sessions, phenomenal leadership ability and superior results in business. Mr. Reco M. Being in love with music her whole life , Brittany joined the entertainment industry in 2014 and became known as Bebe the culture curator .She has the reputation for understanding “The assignment” first by curating an all girls line up and passionately calling it “ No Boys Allowed” that showcase sparked the minds of others to be curious about what can she do next? Being the Curator of the Long Island creative collective “ The EarWaxx Session meant she had to put in consistent work. She delivered every Tuesday night orchestrating moves and being the liaison between indie artists and the behind the scene’s plugs.
The next mission she managed to accomplish was curating line ups for music festivals. She flew to Austin and turn some heads at SXSW and that year went to work Atlanta’s A3C.
Curating became a new love but hosting was something she desired to do. Organizing was evidently natural but her charismatic personality resonated. She manifested her next moves curating shows to boldly hosting them. The more she hosted the more people asked what’s next? With a brand named “ LipstickNLyricsz” she decided while hosting to launch her own Lipstick Line and dedicated every lipstick to a lyric in her favorite songs. It was a move created as an idea for merchandise but it supported her aesthetic since most women asked her what lipstick she was wearing . With the support and strategic marketing a vision grew and others seen and wanted to be apart the lipstick line sold out in a week. With this mission accomplished we are still left asking what’s next ? She maintained her momentum of curating and hosting but never stopped creating outlets for others … She began to dive into music journalism… The pandemic led her to think about how to keep people aware of new indie artists… with time she created Bebe’s Indie Spotlight which highlights up and coming artists , with in-depth Q&A Segments ,playful trivia moments , Freestyle Sessions And her ability to produce a body of work that allows her audience to watch her start as a fan and end as a friend. Her undying need to soundtrack the lives of those around her will continue to make her an asset in the culture.

Welcome. At EnergeticHarmony.NET and ExcellentPresence.com, I help impact founders free themselves from imposter syndrome, past trauma, and ideal client confusion to fuel bolder, faster growth.
What I discovered, after 20+ years of being a full-time small business founder and B2B consultant, is this:
The majority of us are ""stuck"" NOT due to the time or money challenges we think, but due to unresolved past trauma shaping our adult behavior.
For example, extensive studies show that up to 83.2% of us had childhood experiences that changed our brain, body, and behavior.
Having realized that—and processed my own history to activate boldness, passion, and unwavering ambition—I now help leaders transcend the heart of their perceived limitations to get un-stuck—even if they've ""plateaued"" for years.
Across my career, I've worked with clients like Google, LipoScience, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Durham and Wake Counties, and Space Foundation.
Today, I'm a Radical Wellness & Growth Consultant, Coach, and Trainer for micro- and small business Change Agents. I hold certifications and training in Psychological & Emotional Resilience, Life Purpose Extraction Coaching, Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching, Master-Level Reiki Therapy, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, PTSD and Trauma Recovery.

GPS to Employment Success: How to Find and Succeed in the Right Job is my latest employment advice book for anyone who seeks employment or a promotion. It continues the discussion about what can be done to maximize individual success in the employment arena.
Please visit my website: www.youremploymentmatters.com.
Mission: Parthenon’s mission is to develop entertaining, informative, and instructive employment–related programming and written content and make it available on multiple media platforms. Our goal is to empower readers, listeners and viewers of all ages, ethnicities, religions and genders to be more successful in employment matters.
Issues: People who have always worked are unemployed or underemployed and struggling or unable to care for their families. Those who have jobs don’t (or shouldn’t) feel that their employment future is secure. They aren't satisfied with or don’t know how long they’ll have the jobs they have or they don’t feel that they can move up where they’re currently employed.
Young people and even sometime those more experienced, in our cities and elsewhere, will need to compete for jobs and other opportunities such as internships, scholarships and apprenticeships. Given the seismic changes in the employment landscape, preparation is essential to achieve favorable results.
Recommendation: I advocate using Dorothy Vaughan, a NASA mathematician and computer programmer, and the person played by Oscar-winner Octavia Spencer in the widely acclaimed film, Hidden Figures, as a role model. Ms. Vaughn developed and successfully executed employment and career strategies. Quite simply, she was proactive. Among other things, she paid attention to industry developments and acquired additional skills.
I welcome the opportunity to explore how I can contribute to individual and organizational efforts to prepare individuals, members and families for the ever-challenging employment reality.

Get to Know Janéy Tate
Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Hy-Lo News
Janéy Tate is a highly motivated, self-driven media entrepreneur. Her career in news began 10 years ago as an intern for the Miami Herald and CBS 4 News Miami. She fell in love with journalism and the media industry while interning at these places and decided that this is what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.
Her upbringing in Miami Gardens helped shape the journalist and woman she is today. Her mother, grandmother, and aunts raised her to be a giving considerate person and to live a life of integrity. They also instilled in her the values to respect all people and to go after her dreams relentlessly. Janéy knows those life lessons and values from her family contributed to her being a strong reporter and businesswoman.
Janéy is the second oldest of four children, who were raised by a strong and loving single mother. She grew up in the neighborhood of Carol City and attended high school for three years at Miami Carol City Senior High where she was a top track and field athlete and honor student. Track and Field allowed her to cultivate her zeal to be competitive and present her best work. In 2006, Janéy graduated from Miami Northwestern Senior High with honors and went on to study Mass Communications and Journalism at Florida International University. She graduated in 2012 from FIU and shortly after landed her first job as a general assignment reporter for the Bradenton Herald covering two municipalities.
While in college, Janey competed in the Miss America Organization pageant system for a chance to win scholarship money. She went on to win the title of Miss Miami Gardens 2011 and was a top 15 finalist for the 2011 Miss Florida Pageant. Her pageant experience would open the door to the journalism field as one of the hosts for a competition was an anchor at the local CBS Miami and recommended Janey for an internship at the station.
Janey’s many experiences have allowed her to have a deep knowledge of South Florida’s political, business, and social scenes and how they affect the Black community. She has written for all of South Florida’s major publications including the Miami Times, Miami Herald, MIA & Legacy Magazines, and the Westside Gazette. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Janey also worked for two and a half years at iHeartMedia Miami to gain valuable experience in media sales, account management, marketing, branding, radio production, and event activations.
After years of being frustrated with the lack of coverage of the Black community and hearing people’s grievances with local media, Janey decided to create a solution with Hy-Lo News. The news site serves to provide the community with hyper-local news and content geared toward South Florida's Urban Millennials. In 2015, Hy-Lo News began as a Facebook-based blog and within a year grew to become a legitimate news site. Janey is determined to make Hy-Lo News a success and has made major personal financial sacrifices because building a sustainable media business is her priority. During this pandemic, she enrolled in the Digital Undivided START Pre-Acellarator, BizHacks Academy Digital Marketing Course, and Empire University’s business Bootcamp to further her knowledge and understanding of running a successful business. Janey believes one can never stop improving and will continue to educate herself in an ever-evolving media landscape.

On my 50th born day (2017) I took my 1st (of many) solo road trips to an adorable waterfront Airbnb on The Chesapeake Bay. While I was there re-connecting with God, The Universe, nature and most importantly myself, I remembered how much I enjoyed writing, talking, sharing information, giving encouragement and positive energy to folks and BOOM my purpose and passion became crystal clear.
"Kandidly Kristin: The Blog" was born and that blog has since morphed into The Kandid Shop Podcast.
The mission/purpose of this podcast was and is to give everyone who wishes to be heard, a safe, welcoming, bully-free space to speak "kandidly' about any subject or topic and give those who may need or want to hear real talk about a particular topic/subject, a space for that too!
I can discuss a wide range of topics that are real, relevant and often under-discussed OR not discussed honestly and kandidly!
Listen to a few episodes, take what resonates with you and leave what doesn't for someone else!
I hope to connect with you soon but until then I want you to "Keep it Safe, Keep it Healthy & Keep it Kandid!!"

Being someone who has been through his fair share of hardships, he was able to walk away with a deeper understanding of his life purpose. As a matter of fact, he would not have become the motivational and inspirational figure he is today if he had not hit rock bottom. Looking back, the difficulties he faced in the past were nothing but formative tools carving out his path to success. His passion is now showing others how to embrace public speaking, owning your failures in life while using them to inspire others, and ultimately helping you to forgive yourself for any wrongs you may have committed. We are all human and can learn from one another. Each episode of Shut Up and GRIND features a guest that at some point said "I can't do this anymore" and took the steps to change the course of their life.

Sajdah Wendy Muhammad is the creator and developer of the Mind of An Entrepreneur brand that has
Headquarters being at the historic home of Elijah Muhammad (Sajdah House). The brand currently
produces a Broadcast Radio Show in Washington DC, authors and publishes books on mental
strategies for navigating the world of business. The brand also focuses on helping members of
marginalized communities open the pathways to wealth and abundance through owning and
operating business and introducing much needed goods and services into their communities.
Wendy has a story of disappointment and perseverance that most business women can relate to and
she discovered how to make the success last. She climbed her way up from a struggling real estate
agent to a self-made millionaire, a title not held by a lot of women let alone Black women. She
managed to overcome the marginalization she faced and most importantly the mental blocks that
always stopped her from reaching her full potential.
Even though Wendy started off with seemingly a lot going on for her and the right foundations set
she still found herself struggling. She left her home in Nebraska at 17 to go off to college like many
other teens her age and got a dual degree BBA in Finance and Accounting from Iowa State
University. She holds numerous business certifications and accomplishments in Finance, Accounting
and Business. With all this and a good work ethic, determination and a wealth of experience in the
corporate world, Wendy still struggled. She even found herself homeless three times!
After years of working hard and failing to finding lasting stability, Wendy finally discovered what she
and so many others who have been marginalised need to do to create the right mind set for success.
Today not only does she have the Mind of an Entrepreneur brand but she is spearheading the
development of a community hospital in Grand Bassa County Liberia and two other hospital and
hotel developments in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria among her many successful projects.
She wrote the book “Mind of an Entrepreneur” to share vital mental tools that you need to succeed
as an entrepreneur that she discovered that aren’t covered in any Business School curriculum. In the
book Wendy walks you through the importance of self-talk, improving your relationship with money,
developing personal intuition and more. Being a certified Emotional Intelligence coach and trainer
and blending this with her experience as a Business Professional, Art, Neurolinguistic Programming
and Discipline as well as Spirituality she has created a unique blend of training for entrepreneurs to
help them navigate the world of business.
If you are tired and ready to break free from failing business models and more lows than highs in
your entrepreneurial journey then this book is for you. Wendy will show you through this book how
to aim to be outstanding and break free from mental borders for you to achieve the financial success
you deserve. The book is readily available on Amazon and is a must read to get 2020 started off on the right track.
