Dr. Janay is Marriage and Family therapist that is known as “The Relationship Expert”. With over nine years in the field, she’s been trained to help couples both start and improve their relationships. Dr. Holland also specializes in helping individuals as the navigate both peer and familiar relationship through anxiety, depression, grief, and normal difficulties with adjustments.

Dr. Cynthia J. Hickman is a proud retiree of St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital (SLEH) in Houston, Texas. She retired in 2013. Dr. Hickman has completed two degrees, a Master of Nursing specializing in education (2009) and her Ph.D. in Health Services with a leadership specialization (2016) from Walden University. In 2020, Dr. Hickman was appointed to Vice President of the Multicultural & International Student Organization at Walden University, and this year was appointed as Vice President of Prairie View A & M University College of Nursing Alumni Chapter. Dr. Cynthia J. Hickman is Your Proactive Caregiver Advocate and author of From the Lens of Daughter, Nurse, and Caregiver: A Journey of Duty and Honor, sharing her 20-years journey of caring for her mother. Her 2nd book release: The Black Book of Important Information for Caregivers, was on August 13, 2021. Most exciting, she has been selected to speak on a national stage with Shawn Fair at the Leadership Experience Speaker's Tour, April 10, 2021, in Troy, Michigan. She has become a storyteller, passionate about sharing caregiving tips and strategies to help others navigate life challenges while celebrating reality successes. A native of Cleveland, Dr Greg Hall is a Cleveland Clinic-trained internal medicine specialist. Dr. Hall is an Associate Professor in both the Internal Medicine and Integrative Medical Sciences departments at the Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Hall was a governor-appointed member of the Ohio Commission on Minority Health and served as Chairman for many years, and currently serves as the board president of Cuyahoga County Board of Health. Dr. Hall’s book “Patient-Centered Clinical Care for African Americans” is the first comprehensive title detailing the optimal clinical care of African Americans for physicians and medical students. He recently established the National Institute for African American Health, a non-profit, which mentors the next generation of minority physicians as well as advocates for better health outcomes for African Americans.
